It was in the perfect location, clean, quiet and the owner (the wife) was really kind and friendly.

Bed was comfortable (even for a side sleeper), very clean. An unexpected bonus was the quietness even though being near the highway. There is a real good restaurant (Neighbors) across the roadand because of the location very easy access into St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sartell, St. Joseph .

Clean. Well cared for room. A couple miles off I-94. Quiet. Simple breakfast of 2 kinds of cold cereal, instant oats, yogurt, juice,coffee, packaged pastry, toast. Good value. Comfortable bed and chair. We called when we knew we wouldn't get there until late.

opening window kept the air fresh, nice to have a table with two chairs to eat breakfast in the room, plus a comfortable recliner

Nice spot, quiet. Rooms were very clean. The staff were so helpful and kind made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would recommend the property to anybody and everybody.
